The owners of this unassuming home in Georgia were renting it out as an Airbnb, but decided to put it on the market. They are willing to repaint the interior and make it neutral, if the new owner wants them to. What? And ruin it?

I can’t make out the finish on that feature wall. Venetian plaster? Several people say it’s faux fur, but the flat areas threw me- guess they cut the fur up?
